  • An estimate is determining the possible cost of the repair. In most of the cases with panel damage there will be the visible aspect of it only, however in others there will be a hidden one too.

    Specialist paint and finishes are more costly due to materials and processes required.

    Until the vehicle has been stripped down it is impossible to be accurate and know the full extent of the hidden damage. We will always do our best to communicate the costs.

  • The best way to get an estimate with us is simply to visit our premises during our open hours. An inspection for an estimate commonly takes around 15 minutes. The estimate will be emailed to you (unless specified otherwise) within 48 hours.

    For insurance quote estimates we will also need to evidence the damage with photos to meet insurance requirements.  If you already have a Claim reference Number, and the email for your insurance claim, we will be more than happy to submit the required paperwork on your behalf and start the process.

  • Simply use the contact form or call us on 01423 313116 and we will do our best to book you in at a convenient time.

  • This can depend on the extent of the damage and the paint finish. As a general guide, we use 3-4 days as a reference. We will endeavor to give a more accurate duration once we have assessed the damage.

  • We do have courtesy vehicles available. This will be discussed as part of the repair schedule.

  • We do undertake insurance work and 3rd party work (where the insurance from the other person in an accident pays for the work).
